At ww2tshirts.com we are proud of our exceptional level of customer service so, if you are unhappy with your purchase and in accordance with Consumer Protection regulations relating to distance selling, you may cancel your order up to 14 days from the day after you receive your goods. Any returned goods must be received by ww2tshirts.com in their original and resalable condition [tags and labels still attached and sealed packaging where applicable, unworn, without smell, marks or human/animal hair].
If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect delivery please contact us within 48 hours of the receipt of your goods. After which we will discuss the problem with you and resolve the problem. We will ask for clear photographic evidence so we can see that problem.
If you invoke your right to cancel an order no charges will be made if the item is yet to be despatched. If the item has been despatched or already reached the required destination it becomes your responsibility to return the product to ww2tshirts.com. Shipping costs incurred and originally charged as part of the initial order will not be refunded and the product must be received by ww2tshirts.com within 28 days of receipt to qualify for a refund.
If you have not received your item within 14 days of an email confirming despatch please contact us. We will begin an investigation with our shipping partner and you can be rest assured that losses are treated very seriously and investigated thoroughly. If any customer experiences repeated problems with missing items ww2tshirts.com reserves the right to decline further orders from that customer.
Please Note: You must contact us before returning any item purchased from ww2tshirts.com. Any unauthorised returns will be held by ww2tshirts.com until you contact us to explain the reason for the return. All goods must be received by ww2tshirts.com within 14 days of the return being authorised.
